Nothing here is mass-produced. Each piece is made to order by master woodworkers, stonemasons and silversmiths. That takes time — and that's the point.

Standard editions are made to order and dispatched within four to six weeks. Crown Collection commissions are quoted individually; a quote and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins, and a deposit of 50% confirms the commission.
Precious metals are quoted at current material prices and hallmarked to EU standards. Commissioned pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Standard editions may be returned within 14 days in unused condition under EU distance-selling rules.
We collect only what you send us: your name, email, delivery address and the details of your order. We use it to fulfil your order and reply to you — nothing else.
Standard editions ship insured and tracked within the EU and EEA, with complimentary delivery above the threshold shown at checkout. We do not currently ship standard editions outside this area. Crown Collection commissions are delivered worldwide by arrangement, fully insured.
